DAY 1: HANOI ARRIVAL (L)
Our tour guide pick you up from Noi Bai airport (in Ha Noi) take you get in the heart of the city. Arrive to the hotel after 40 minutes drive.
Check in hotel and enjoy Hanoi special food Bun Cha and then take cyclo to visit Hanoi Old Quarter.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 2: HANOI - SAPA - CAT CAT VILLAGE (B/ L/ D)
06:30: Pick up from the hotel, get on sleeping bus and depart for Sapa.
13:00: Arrive Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’mong, Dzao, Tay ethnic People. Our bus will be drop you off at the hotel.
13:30: Enjoy the lunch with local Vietnamese dishes, check-in procedures.
14:30: A short trek to the gate of Cat Cat village which is home of Black H’mong ethnic people and is located near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photo with bridge and waterfall then you will walk uphill for bus to pick up to get back to Sapa in the afternoon. Trekking distance is about 3.5 kms and it lasts for 2 hours.
17:00: Come back to Sapa Town.
Have dinner at the hotel’s restaurant.
Overnight in Sapa.
DAY 3: SAPA - LAO CHAI - TA VAN - HANOI (B/L)
Have breakfast at hotel and prepare light pack for trekking. Then we trek from Sapa to Y Linh Ho then trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa Stream to the Black Hmong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. Picnic lunch at Lao Chai Village.
After lunch we heading to Ta Van village – home of Dzay ethnic people. Then bus picks you up at Ta Van Bridge to Sapa.
Trekking distance is about 12 kms and it lasts for 4.5 hours.
14:00: Have a shower at shower room of our hotel.
15:00: Back to Hanoi by Sleeping bus. Arrive Hanoi our bus drop you off at hotel in Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 4: HANOI - HALONG BAY (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Then transfer to Halong Bay . Enjoy the peaceful scenery as we travel through the countryside, farmlands and Red River delta. Arrive Halong Bay check in on the cruise. Have lunch and visit Lan Ha Bay / Halong Bay. You have time to swimming and kayaking on the bay. Late evening you back to the Cruise and have dinner. After dinner you have free time to relax on the cruise or take for you one of our onboard activities: book reading, games, movies, and squid fishing….

DAY 5: HALONG BAY - HANOI (B/L)
Early morning you do Taichi on the sundeck then have light breakfast ‘ Mingling yourself in the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets as we sail through the calm emerald waters heading to Ba Hang/ Luon Cave.
Take your option either exploring the cave yourself on kayak or comfortably on bamboo boat rowed by the locals.
09:00: Check out the cabins, at your leisure while our cruise taking you pass by other beautiful highlights in the bay.
Brunch on the cruise. Return to the shore and disembark from the cruise as our crew say farewell. Back to Hanoi.
Overnight in Hanoi.
DAY 6: HANOI - DEPARTURE (B)
Have breakfast at your hotel and have free time for your leisure. Check-out hotel then our car will pick you up at your hotel and transfer you to the airport for departure flight.

Child Policy
Child under 12 years old sharing with 01 adult: 90% of adult fare.
Child under 12 years old sharing with 02 adults with extra bed: 75% of adult fare.
Child under 12 years old sharing with 02 adults without extra bed: 50% of adult fare.
Child under 02 years old sharing with 02 adults without bed: FOC.
A surcharge will apply to flight tickets for children in packages that include flights.
Cancellation policy
What CAN be Refunded:
Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. The affected traveler will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. Should this occur, it would be under very rare circumstances.
Please note that the product substitute chosen by the traveler may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may be subject to an additional cost.
Any additional refunds based on extenuating circumstances will depend on the individual tour operator.
What CANNOT be Refunded:
All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure will not be refunded.
No refund will be given for any portions of the tour unused by the traveler after tour departure regardless of circumstances.
Airfare is completely non-refundable and non-changeable for tours when airfare is included in the final price.
Hotel extensions and Instant Confirmation products (admission tickets, city passes, etc.) cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.
Our cancellation Policy:
30 or More Days – 100% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)
16 – 29 Days Prior to Departure Date – 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)
07 – 15 Days Prior to Departure Date – 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded (Deduct Domestic Airfare as it is completely non-refundable)
0 – 06 Days Prior to Departure Date – Non-refundable.
Please note that cancellation fees are calculated based on the date we receive your Cancellation Request via email and travel service start date.
If a tour is scheduled to depart within the next 6 days, we will not change a traveler’s departure date and will not offer a refund.
All cancellations must be made directly with Vietnam Adventure Tours.
